CREDIPAZ is a national business group that has been operating in the credit market since 1971. Its main activity is developed around the financing of its customers' purchases, through two basic products: Personal Loans and Credit Cards. We work as FULL AGENCY with its two brands CLUB REDONDO and MIL PROMOS Y CUOTAS.
Our goal was to promote digital channels through creative content and advertising campaigns. We also worked on all sorts of graphic material where we created the look and feel of the new app, the new website, flyers, and several communication pieces, in addition to the management of social media. We are planning innovative ideas such as 3D characters that creatively explain how to obtain credit benefits.
We redesigned the Club Redondo APP based on research and user experience, to make the advantages of being part of Club Redondo more intuitive.
Considering the user's experience on the current site, we decided to unify concepts and separate the sections of the website into different tabs, making it easier to explore the website according to what we want to find.
